The indoor pool at Surrey's Carriage Place was a lifesaver during the rainy days of my stay. It allowed me to still have some fun despite the weather. The amenities overall were great, and I especially appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare my own meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels provided.

We loved the private balcony, comfortable bed, two bathrooms, and full kitchen. The customer service was great and the grounds were beautiful with two pools and a playground. Location was convenient. Will stay here again.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to local attractions and shopping. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby, where we spent many evenings by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa.

The bed was too firm for our liking, causing restless nights. the bathroom sink was clogged, and the water took too long to drain properly.
