We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the park where our kid had a tournament. It made it so convenient for us to just walk over and watch the games. The staff here were always friendly and willing to have a good chat if there was no one waiting for service. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the kitchenette and bath amenities provided. The pool area was well-maintained and a nice place to relax after a busy day. we were very satisfied with our stay here.

We did have a slight issue at check-in as they couldn't find our reservation, but they continued to assure us that they had nothing for us. Also, the staff could have been more helpful in explaining our room situation and where the elevator was located.

Loved the sweet smell at the front desk and the shuttle driver who made the trip to Freemont Street enjoyable. The heated pool and hot tub facilities open until midnight were a huge plus. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Great location for walking to nearby food options. Helpful staff who went out of their way to assist.

Great place - shame about the noise

I recently stayed at a lovely resort with a tranquil ambiance. The apartment I stayed in was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. However, there were some issues with noise from other guests that affected my experience. During my stay, there were instances of guests being loud late at night and early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. Despite reporting these disturbances to security, there were still a few instances of noise that were not adequately addressed. The soundproofing between rooms and floors was subpar, and in the future, I would request an upper floor apartment to mitigate this issue. Despite these noise issues, I appreciated the resort's offerings, especially the complimentary bagels and coffee. I would recommend this hotel, but be prepared for potential noise disturbances.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making our tired arrival much easier. The separate bedroom in the room was perfect for us, allowing my husband to wake up early and read while I slept longer. The room also had a kitchen sink, microwave, and a table for eating, which we loved. The spaciousness of the room, along with the luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub and a light-up mirror for makeup, was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel's location away from the hustle and bustle of the city was a nice change of pace.

The suite allowed for kitchen use and had a separate living area. A cozy fireplace added to the ambiance. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, with pleasant staff. The clean room had a comfortable bed. The location was quiet, yet close to amenities and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is close enough to everything we needed to be close to, including the airport. We could easily get to restaurants and other attractions nearby. The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was adequate, and the workout room was very nice. The pool area was attractive and relaxing.

I had a great stay at this resort! The location is perfect, as it's next to Starbucks and Denny's, and away from the bling of the strip. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast provided a good start to the day. I also enjoyed the convenient parking and the fact that I didn't have to walk through a huge casino to get to my room.

The elevator was far from our room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Thoughtful security officer and professional property manager. Peaceful property off the strip with clean pools, comfortable loungers, and shady umbrellas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Big clean room, decent gym, two pools with loungers.

We absolutely loved the friendly staff, 24-hour pools, fabulous kitchens, washer and dryers in the units, stupendous balconies. The complimentary little touches like DVD and game rentals, popcorn, and coffee were a nice touch. The security was excellent and the gas BBQ was a great addition. The cleanliness of the pool grounds and the tasteful decor throughout the resort added to the relaxing atmosphere. The proximity to a drug store and coffee shop was very convenient.

We felt really welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff, except for one unfortunate encounter, were kind and professional. The jetted tub was amazing, and the morning breakfast was well-stocked. The concierge, Sean, was incredibly helpful and entertaining, and Billy from maintenance was quick and informative. Darryl the security officer and the property manager were also impressive. The hotel's location near the stadium was perfect, and the value for money was exceptional. We'll definitely be back.

Location is great, away from the busy strip but still conveniently close. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the nearby parks for outdoor activities. the staff at the front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful, providing good service. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovations. the pool area was disappointing with only one pool open and the other one closed and in poor condition.
