The location is mind-blowing - just 30 seconds away from Zwinger and the hotel building is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. The staff, especially the check-out manager, is super polite and friendly. The room service is absolutely amazing, the best I've experienced at any 5-star hotel. The way they set up the room at night is simply jaw-dropping. The hotel is perfect for conferences, with impeccable organization and synchronised table settings. The central location is perfect for exploring Christmas markets, museums, and restaurants. The service is impeccable, with the concierge taking care of all our needs, including mailing a package home. The spacious and comfortable rooms are a great value, located in a beautiful old palais with lots of charm.

The location is perfect, right across from the castle and the Zwinger. The hotel building is historic and charming. The room we stayed in was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and had a fantastic dinner on the terrace overlooking the castle. The service throughout our stay was excellent, from the bar staff to the room service staff. The complimentary water in the room was a nice touch. the experience at the hotel was incredible.

I stayed in a luxurious venue with exceptional amenities and services. I was impressed by the beauty of the building and the location, which offered easy access to the best attractions. The spa and wellness center was excellent, with an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. The massage was the best I've ever had, and the spa lounge was a great spot to relax. The restaurant served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was something worth remembering.

The hotel could improve their live entertainment. It was a bit bland compared to other aspects.
