The staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. The renovated part of the hotel was nice and had spacious rooms. We had a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The location in Gladstone was convenient for our trip through the U.P.

Loved the stunning lake views from our room and balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. The room decor was amazing and the windows provided a great view of the lake. The restaurant had delicious comfort food options and the cocktails and craft beers were unique. The nature path and bike rentals were a great addition, even though we didn't try them. The pool area was lovely with a nice view of the lake.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the French toast. The location was great, with a path along the shore for a scenic walk.

The rooms at Terrace Bay Hotel are like a cozy retreat. The plush beds made us feel pampered, and the local photography added a touch of charm. Having a separate living space in the suite made it feel extra spacious and comfortable.

I wish certain rooms had a better view, but that's just my personal preference.

The hotel had an outstanding location, right in front of the lake with an incredible view that left me breathless. The peaceful surroundings made me feel relaxed and at ease, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The proximity to the highway didn't cause any noise disturbance, and the pool, hot tub and sauna were great facilities to have around.

I was left disappointed by the lack of proper breakfast service. The cheap plastic cutlery and tableware were a definite letdown, and I couldn't help but be appalled by the single-use plastic.

The food, location, and view were excellent. The hotel rooms were large and comfortable. The lake broad walk and décor were inviting. The restaurant had delicious meals and convenient. The area is perfect for outdoor activities like mountain biking and cross country skiing.

The room was very comfortable with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed sitting on the terrace and using the garden furniture. The staff was really friendly and even gave me a welcome drink upon arrival. The leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day.

I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel had a great continental breakfast with a variety of options including Kashi cereals, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and pastries. The beds were queen size and comfortable. The bathroom had separate sinks and a large vanity. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our late check-in. The swimming pool had a nice view of the lake. The hotel had an interesting history displayed in the lobby.

The newly renovated rooms were beautiful, with great attention to detail in the room design. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, as well as taking a relaxing stroll on the bay front. The stunning view from our balcony allowed us to witness eagles and osprey catching fish, and even a breathtaking lightning storm. The adjoining restaurant served a tasty meal and delicious cocktails, even when we arrived late. a perfect stay!

The hotel is nice and put together, highly recommended for the price. Conveniently located in downtown Saint Ignace, yet away from traffic. The walking path along Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even changing our room and returning quarters to our granddaughter. The restaurant is also nice.
