The hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance. The lobby and bar were relaxing and well-appointed. Free bottled water in the room was a nice touch.

During my stay at this venue, I was thoroughly impressed with the location as it was perfect and close to all the hotspots in Midtown. The service provided by the staff who truly made me feel most welcome and provided top notch accommodating service was exceptional. They even accommodated my request for non-alcoholic “cocktails” in coupe glasses. The room amenities, such as the soundproofed rooms and the mini-bar, were enhanced comfort and quality services. Additionally, the dining experience at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area were unforgettable.

I highly recommend this hotel, as it provided a top-notch and luxurious experience with friendly staff and great room amenities.

We loved the luxurious feel of this hotel. The decor was stylish and elegant, giving us a taste of Old New York. The staff were excellent and made us feel most welcome. The location was perfect, with theaters and shopping just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the amenities provided, such as the complimentary water and tea/coffee in the bar. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic midtown stay with outstanding restaurant staff and surprise Saturday Jazz. One of the most special spaces in the City, especially for literary history buffs. Retained Algonquin ambiance in desirable lobby for enjoying a cocktail.

Great location and $25 credit for breakfast. However, the room and bathroom are small, and the bed was too soft.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The public rooms and our bedroom had a comfortable charm to them, giving us a feeling of stepping back in time. The hotel also had a resident cat, which added to its unique character. We also loved the fact that we received $30 per day to spend on food and drink purchased within the hotel. Additionally, we were provided with free tickets for the "Hop on hop off" tourist bus and a Grand Central Terminal tour. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore all that this city has to offer. For meals, we discovered a great diner right next door that served delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
