The night manager was incredibly accommodating. The owner's attention to detail was impressive. Immediate assistance and sincerity in every action. Good location, clean room, great customer service.

Great customer service and prime location make this hotel a top choice. The staff was kind and helpful, providing us with water bottles at 2 am when we forgot to purchase any. the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also a huge plus, offering easy access to key city attractions and amenities.

Despite the many positives, there were a few issues. The size of the bathroom was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around.

Friendly staff, clean and updated rooms, good location near the beach, felt safe even coming in late, plenty of free parking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at Aqua Pacific. The eco-friendly bath products and purified ice and water made me feel good about staying here. The hotel owner was incredibly attentive and always available to assist with any inquiries. The location was perfect, with the wharf and boardwalk just a short walk away.

The bathroom was a bit small and it was a bit challenging to close the door. Additionally, the TV in my room didn't work and there was no telephone for communication with the front desk.

The Aqua Pacific Hotel Santa Cruz provided a wonderful stay for our bike trip. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach, and the staff, especially TJ, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The hotel had a large parking lot, which was a huge advantage for us as bike riders. We felt safe and secure during our stay and appreciated the open-air hallways for better ventilation. Additionally, the pool looked inviting, although we unfortunately couldn't use it due to the weather.

The elevator was a bit slow and jerky, causing us to opt for the stairs instead.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and updated, with excellent lighting and mirrors. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We felt safe, even when returning late at night. The free parking was a huge plus, and there was plenty of space available. We loved the purified ice and water from the machine. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.
