we enjoyed our stay at the Barrymore in a perfect spot next to river walk and downtown. the staff was pleasant, rooms clean and comfortable. free shuttle service with friendly drivers. beds were very cozy and plenty of TV channels provided. a great place for families!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, especially Edward, the shuttle bus driver, was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave which was very convenient. the free shuttle service to nearby venues was a huge plus, saving us from the rains. the location, with the river walk outside, was beautiful and perfect for morning strolls.

The dated room decor, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. Some areas in the hotel could use a modern touch, like the decor and amenities.

The Barrymore offers great value, fantastic location across from the Straz theater. Eager service, functional rooms with newly renovated bathrooms. the fully equipped store and on-site restaurant were convenient for business travelers and families on a budget.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the shuttle service is convenient. Megan, the bartender, is a highlight. However, issues with cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel was within walking distance to the Riverwalk and some restaurants, plus they had a mini-mart time grocery store for last-minute items. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Octavia at the front desk. The accommodations were beautiful and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the Cruise Port, which was super convenient. Despite some rowdy pool guests, overall, our stay was fantastic! 😊

The property offers a stunning river view, impeccably clean rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The location, just a mile from our event, was ideal. The on-site restaurant was a highlight. The shuttle service was convenient, though occasionally hard to reach. Carlos' exceptional customer service stood out. Despite some room issues, the stay was enjoyable. The swimming pool provided relaxation, and nearby landmarks like the Glazer Children's Museum and the University of Tampa offered great family bonding opportunities.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY, staff were amazing - Jacob M. and Melissa were so helpful. the breakfast was terrific. the swimming pool was even better in person. Would definitely stay again!

For me, it was a perfect location at The Barrymore. Beautiful river views, ice machines on each floor, and helpful staff. Some minor inconveniences with pillows and showers, but it didn't hinder my enjoyable stay. Appreciated the convenient shuttle service within a 2-mile radius.
