The comfy bed and pillow allowed me to have a good night's sleep. The in-room coffee maker and mini-fridge came in handy. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. I would recommend Hyatt Centric for a pleasant stay.

The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from the vibrant nightlife of Broadway. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for guests with disabilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The on-site restaurant, Ella's, serves delicious food and has a full bar. There is a Starbucks conveniently located a few feet from the hotel.

The hotel was perfectly located close to all main attractions and Broadway, yet not too close to be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the area. The room was clean and comfortable with cozy beds, a mini fridge, and in-room coffee maker. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with attentive service around the clock.

The restaurant had just okay food, but they were kind enough to serve us even at a late hour before closing time.

Conveniently located near the riverfront, bars, and museums. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, light motion sensors, and a well-stocked convenience store nearby. The lobby featured interesting artwork, although seating was limited. The staff was helpful, except for one employee who spoke softly and gave incorrect parking information.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions and nightlife. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. the staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was not welcoming when we arrived and were not very helpful with questions. the restaurant attached to the hotel did not open early enough for breakfast, and the voucher provided for breakfast could only be used for food, not the total bill.

the furniture in our room was modern and tasteful, the charging docks were conveniently beside the bed and the automatic lighting on the beds made it easy to find our way to the bathroom at night. the pool area was fabulous, with a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool and a lovely sun terrace.

The room was just what I needed - cozy and well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a desk, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. As a light sleeper, the air conditioning was a dream.

I personally found the seating area in the triple room a bit cramped.

I've been to numerous hotels in Nashville, but this one tops them all. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance from sightseeing events to the race track. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant has a full bar with amazing espresso martinis. Plus, there's even a Starbucks just a few steps away. a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric for a girls' trip and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from Broadway, making it easy for us to enjoy the nightlife. The boutique decorated rooms were beautifully designed and the pool was a great spot to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Sylvia and Emily at the front desk, and Jennifer and Ray at Ella's. The room itself was immaculate and the breakfast at Ella's was amazing. a wonderful stay.

The hotel had a great location close to the city center and some attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable with a nice shower. We loved the complementary breakfast and the pool area.

The staff recommended overpriced transportation services and we were approached several times by sketchy people while walking to and from the hotel.

The valet and bell hop services were excellent, making my stay convenient and hassle-free. The room was fabulous, with a clean and lovely bathroom. The hotel's location was excellent, close enough to walk to the bars on Broadway but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the restaurant and bar were also excellent, providing great service.
