my stay in dennisport was great! the location was perfect—right across the street from the beach. the bed was super comfortable, which made the stay that much better.

the internet connection was spotty.

this place is super chill, we had such a great time! loved the beach access, and the rooms were clean with nice vibes. we also enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a full kitchen, so cooking was easy. the location is perfect, with cool spots to eat nearby. can't wait to go back when it’s warmer!

the internet was kinda spotty and the pathways can be tricky to navigate. couple that with the fact that we had an annoying spiral staircase in our unit and it was a bit of a hassle.

We loved our stay here! The large room was perfect for our family, complete with cable TV and a DVD player, keeping the kids entertained after a day at the beach. Plus, we enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like Hyannis Harbor and the awesome bike trails.

In my wife’s opinion, a microwave would be great for quick meals with kids.

The location was amazing—just a quick stroll to the beach! I especially loved the comfortable bed and the thoughtful addition of cleaning supplies and dishes, making everything feel like home! !

The staff experience was hit or miss. I encountered some confusion at check-in. Also, my room didn’t have a view as advertised, which was disappointing after looking forward to a scenic stay.

Perfect beach location, and the bed was oh-so-comfy! I loved having a picnic table outside and the cleaning supplies were a lovely touch. Couldn't ask for a better view while sipping my coffee!

But, dear heavens, that Wi-Fi was more elusive than my last date! And, the pathways definitely could use a GPS for those of us with a tendency to trip!

ascend is perfectly located right across from the beach, making it super easy to hit the sand. the bed was very comfy, which was a huge plus for us. we also loved having a picnic table and chairs outside. The cleaning supplies provided were a nice touch. it was an overall relaxing stay.

We got a nice one bedroom with a sauna, which was a great surprise! It was cozy with windows opening to the ocean, perfect for unwinding after our day trips.

Not cheap , but it was still acceptable for what we got overall.
