The location is amazing, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions in Vancouver. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylish. The hotel has a fantastic workout facility and a large pool with lap lanes. The service is friendly and the value for money is good. The hotel is conveniently located near a ferry that takes you to the city center, and it's also easy to reach North Vancouver sights and the highway to Whistler.

Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Lobby Restaurant, and there are even dining options at the Pier 7 Restaurant. Plus, with transportation options like the Seabus and local buses to popular Northshore destinations like Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge, exploring the area is a breeze.

One minor drawback is the additional cost of parking, which can be a bit steep for hotel guests.

Had a great time during my xmas stay. the hotel was in a prime location, close to many attractions, and had beautiful views. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was not up to par. It was not clean upon arrival and there were issues with the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The spacious room was exactly as expected, and the decor was fabulous, especially with the amazing view over the shipyard and 5 sails. The bathroom with the venetian blind was a unique touch. The cozy robes were a nice touch, too. Despite the firm mattress not being my favorite, I still found it comfortable, and the bedding was top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of wonderful places to walk to, even in the rain. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our anniversary getaway even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered a discount code for guests, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay.

Rooms with harbour view were lovely. Friendly staff and great location close to restaurants, shopping, and a nice walking area. Glass wall in shower was unique feature, potential guests may want to know in advance. Perfect staycation spot, especially with sunny weather and a patio. Pet-friendly with special amenities for our dog.

I recently stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel in North Vancouver for a romantic weekend getaway. The hotel was located on the beautiful shore of North Vancouver, which meant great views. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like throw pillows and a good bathroom. The staff at the pool was incredibly friendly and welcoming, although the restaurant service was subpar.

The only minor drawback was the limited roll, away beds, but the room advantages made up for it, boasting modern decor, breathtaking views and private facilities. the restaurant and bar offered special diet menus, catering to even the most discerning guests.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants. the spa at the hotel was very relaxing.

The noise from the nearby road was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. the service at the hotel restaurant was lacking as our server was more interested in chatting with other guests than attending to our needs.
