We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, near many Denver attractions and the 16th street walking mall. The location was convenient to downtown attractions as well as sports venues. Our room was spacious and comfortable with art deco furnishings that added to the luxurious surroundings. The staff was fantastic and friendly, and the spa treatments were excellent. We enjoyed delicious room service food, and the hotel's helpful staff made for a fun and unique ordering experience.

The hotel's thermostat wasn't working in our room making it uncomfortably cold. When we reported the issue, it was discovered that the wall was covered in mold on the backside, which was concerning for our health.

The end of April was a perfect time to visit, with great deals on the rooms.

The only drawbacks were the thin toilet paper and maintenance issues. The shower drain was backed up and the water from the bath taps was an alarming brown color, although it cleared up quickly.
