This hotel provides a fantastic base for discovering Key West, with popular attractions like Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the Ernest Hemingway Home all within a leisurely walk or a short ride, making it so easy to soak in the vibrant local culture and sights; the spacious rooms and stunning views of the Gulf from the pool area really add to the delightful experience of your stay, while the peaceful atmosphere allows for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration, but it would be great if some of the amenities, like kitchen supplies, were better stocked for a more convenient stay.

The pool and beach areas are inviting, perfect for relaxing with a cocktail from the bar. Breakfast was decent, though a bit basic—self-service and European-style. A couple of issues: elevators were out of order during my stay, and the grassy area near the breakfast could get noisy. Still, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. A peaceful retreat away from the hustle, I'd gladly return.

What an amazing spot for a romantic getaway! The rooms are cozy with a beautiful view, and the friendly staff provided great restaurant recommendations in town. The pool area is a nice touch, perfect for relaxing during the day. And let me tell you, the bed was super comfy, making our stay even more enjoyable! Plus, the local modern design of the hotel adds a unique charm to the property.

On the downside, the breakfast wasn't impressive, but hey, nothing a visit to the nearby tiki bar can't fix! It would've been nice to know beforehand that there's no direct access to the beach.

Fantastic spot with super friendly staff. Loved the spacious room with a balcony and a beautiful view. Everything was super clean. Breakfast had a good selection, a bit more than just continental. The pool area was large and relaxing, with a hot tub and outdoor games. Free parking was a nice bonus!

During my stay at The Capitana Key West, I was impressed by the beautiful room overlooking the canal and the additional pool for the cottage. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the staff was friendly. However, the lack of a luggage assistant and suitcase holders was disappointing. The property is well-maintained, but for the price, I expected a more luxurious experience. My overall stay was enjoyable, especially thanks to the pool area and the helpful front desk staff.
