Traveling for leisure, my stay at Central Station was a delightful escape. the quirky retrofit of a former train station into unique rooms impressed me. the outstanding French restaurant required reservations due to its popularity. the lobby lounge served as a relaxed gathering spot for locals and guests alike. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to Beale St and views of the Civil Rights museum.

I keep coming back for holidays. At my first stay, the staff helped me return my documents. This spot is perfect! Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hr reception, and security. I enjoy the bar, restaurant, fitness center, and more amenities. It feels like home.

The location was perfect! We had a wonderful time exploring Memphis from the Central Station hotel. The restaurant Bishop had delicious food and drinks too. Despite the AC being noisy, the staff was helpful to resolve it. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and trendy decor. the hotel is conveniently situated and offers lovely views. the on-site restaurant had top-notch staff and excellent cuisine.

There were a few drawbacks. One was the poor communication between the hotel staff and guests, such as not informing us about requesting maid service and fresh towels in advance.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of things to do nearby. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very atmospheric, with comfy beds and lovely views. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, and the staff provided great service. The bar scene was enjoyable and the music was of good quality.

Some guests had issues with extra fees and payments that were not transparently laid out during their visits.
