Pro: I recently stayed at a hotel in Harvard Square and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had great facilities and a sense of class. I would definitely stay there again.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the location of the hotel. It was perfectly situated in a key area with easy access to various attractions and amenities. The hotel's proximity to the city center allowed me to explore the local shops and restaurants conveniently. Additionally, the hotel offered comfortable rooms with large windows that provided plenty of natural light. This created a pleasant ambiance and offered lovely views of the surrounding area.

My experience at this hotel was not entirely satisfying. I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee maker in the room.

Wonderful stay at The Charles Hotel in Harvard Square. The room was charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff was attentive and the bathrooms elegant and spacious. Despite a hiccup during check-in, the staff resolved the issue promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

I had a great stay at the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. The staff at the gift shop were friendly and remembered to ask how I was feeling each day. They even provided a humidifier and a coffee pot at no extra charge. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being just a few steps away from the city center and close to the subway entrance. It was really convenient for exploring the area and getting around. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-designed, with great artwork and technology. The TV in the bathroom mirror was a nice touch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Harvard Yard area, close to Harvard Square. There were so many wonderful restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great places to eat. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service and other amenities available. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The hotel even had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Great location near the red line, 10 min to Boston city center. Good breakfast available at the hotel. Festive holiday decor and beautiful courtyard view. Henrietta’s Table on site with delicious takeout options. Accommodating staff and friendly service. Perfect for attending the Head of the Charles Regatta and visiting Harvard.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel near Harvard University. The location was excellent - centrally located yet quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to Harvard Square. The amenities were great, and I especially enjoyed the farmstand-style restaurant called "Henrietta's." The hotel even had an Avis car rental in-house, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was quick to respond to any special requests, and my room was clean and tidy. it was a pleasant experience.

The location in the Copley area at Fairmont or Westin was perfect, as it provided easy access to the airport with taxis always available. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
