The location of the hotel was prime, with everything within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast offered was a delightful treat each morning.

The noise from the cleaning crew in the morning was absolutely unbearable, disrupting the peaceful environment. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired, with hairs from previous guests still present.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The location was super convenient as it was within walking distance to all the historical areas and attractions. I loved how close it was to many restaurants, historical sights, and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay, from breakfast recommendations to transportation arrangements. The hotel's location is perfect, placing guests close to everything historic and downtown. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The staff provides great service, giving suggestions on where to eat and what to explore. The breakfast is tasty, with several healthy options. The resort bar has fire pits, seating inside and outside, which creates a great ambiance for guests.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed. They even made sure there was coffee for us to take on our early morning departure. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions in this city. We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends.

The staff members were all friendly and well-informed, especially the parking valet and the woman who checked us in. The glass of sangria upon check-in was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh food and great coffee. The fire pits were clean and enjoyable, and the pool was a wonderful addition. The on-site pub exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool and fire pits. The shared deck was a relaxing spot for cocktails. We also appreciated the grounds tour and the beautiful grounds.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Collector Inn for our anniversary and it was truly one of the nicest inns we have ever experienced. The staff, especially LeAnn and her team, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The historical restoration of the buildings and rooms added to the charm and made for a restful stay. We loved being close to all of the attractions and restaurants that St. Augustine has to offer. The grounds were beautiful, with a relaxing fire pit and a lovely pool.
