I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Cincinnati for a week with my children. The staff, including Laynie, Joe, Shayna, Laynie's daughter, and the chef. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The highlight was the shower with massage jets, which was worth the stay in itself. The bed was also very comfortable, and check-in was easy and fast. Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for us to visit nearby attractions such as the museum, Newport Aquarium, and Pappadeaux, all within a 30-minute drive.

I totally recommend this hotel.

We had a phenomenal experience at this hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional in resolving a booking issue on a holiday weekend. They were positive, concerned about our satisfaction, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The size of the room was perfect for our family of five and our small dog, with two double beds and a hideaway couch bed. We never felt cramped or crowded. The shower was amazing and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We also loved the excellent breakfast service and enjoyed the pool and workout room. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and convenient for sightseeing. The service was outstanding, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. We were impressed by the room amenities including the sitting area, terrace, garden furniture, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the free coffee/tea in the lobby and the restaurant buffet.
