If you're looking for a place to stay that's just a stone's throw away from all the activities, this hotel is perfect. It's recently renovated with new carpeting and the rooms have separate TV sets! I also enjoyed the breakfast they offered.

My recent stay at The Colonies was fantastic! My spouse and I were in Williamsburg for a week-long vacation. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless. We were impressed with how well-stocked it was, providing us with immediate supplies like soap and laundry detergent. The lack of noise from the second floor tenants was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was convenient to both town and Busch Gardens.

We stayed at The Colonies for a family vacation and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartments. The 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and 2 baths provided plenty of space for our needs. The outdoor pool was open in April and had a great pool space for kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, presenting all the amenities and services well. The added security at the gate made us feel safe, and the multiple key entry doors added extra security to our rooms. This is a fantastic choice for families in need of space and close to attractions.

I had an amazing stay at this vacation rental. The condos were spacious and well-appointed, perfect for my family of four. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and stylish, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The indoor pool was a nice size and we enjoyed using it. The clubhouse was conveniently located and just a short walk from our condo. One of the best things about this place was its location - it was so close to all the attractions in this area of Virginia. We didn't have to drive far to visit all the places we wanted to see. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, with the Smokey Griddle Pancake house serving a phenomenal breakfast and having an amazing staff.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring all the nearby historic sites, such as Busch Gardens park and Virginia Beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and informative, providing excellent customer service. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the resort activities and pools were a bonus.

Parking was a bit of an issue as the second car had to park on another lot two blocks away and might be concerning at night.

The room amenities included a cozy sitting area with heating and air conditioning, in-room safe, patio and garden furniture to enjoy outdoor views. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The leisure facilities offered both indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, game room with billiard tables and table tennis, fitness centre, and even a tennis court.

Our stay at Colonies At was great! We were impressed by the well-maintained property and enjoyed the numerous events throughout the day. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage, and we appreciated the indoor pool that our children loved. we had a wonderful time.
