The location is convenient, being not far from the airport and very close to Québec city center. The garden view rooms provide a pleasant atmosphere, and the tropical atrium is a beautiful space with a swimming pool.

One negative aspect is that there are no elevators, which can be challenging for guests with heavy luggage.

Beautiful garden and pool area, nice staff. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning and the free Wi-Fi. The hotel is located close to some great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in need of renovation. The shower was old and difficult to use, and there was mold in the grout.
