We had an amazing wedding weekend at this classy hotel. The staff treated us like royalty and the concierge team was super helpful. The room was huge with a breathtaking lake view, high-quality linens, and a great shower with upscale toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Helpful porters greeted us warmly. Stately, clean property and wide hallways. Delicious breakfast and thoughtful anniversary room upgrade. Location on Magic Mile was fantastic. Second visit, slightly smaller bathroom but still enjoyable stay.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the stunning views from our suite, especially as we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in bed. The location was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and iconic landmarks. The attentive service provided by the staff added a special touch to our stay, making us feel pampered and cared for.

We did notice some minor issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a delightful and memorable stay at The Drake, a historic hotel on the north end of the “Magnificent Mile”. Our suite on the top floor was fabulous, offering spaciousness and a view of Oak beach. The jacuzzi tub was a luxurious touch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The old school decor added to the charm of the hotel, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We truly felt like wealthy guests from the thirties.

While there were a couple of minor issues during our stay, I would still be happy to recommend this hotel. The restaurant was closed, so we had to opt for the Cafe Lavazza for breakfast, which was not up to our expectations.

The Drake Hotel exceeded my expectations with its classy and great location. The offer to upgrade was worth it, including an excellent buffet breakfast. The bartender, Hana, at Coq d Or, provided us with fantastic suggestions, and the nightly live entertainment was a highlight.

The hotel's prime location offers a plethora of activities to do with your family. It is a few steps away from Oak beach, and there are plenty of amenities conveniently located nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding and a stunning view of the city.

The hotel's room keys sometimes give trouble at the elevator, causing delays in accessing your room floor, which can be an inconvenience.

Located at the prime area of the city, this hotel offers great value for money. The staff are friendly and offer great service. The rooms with king beds are spacious and come with either a refrigerator or upgraded pillows/robes. Breakfast is included.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location couldn't have been better, right on the beautiful lake side of Michigan Ave. It's a prime area of the city, close to the famous Hancock tower. The staff here really understands customer service, from the brilliantly cheerful doorman who gave us names of managers to speak to, to the front desk staff and housekeepers. The room was excellent, with a stunning view and it was meticulously clean. The lobby was impressive and the atmosphere was classy yet casual. I also appreciated the little touches, like the beautiful fresh flowers throughout the hotel. it was a five-star experience that I would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a great breakfast and bar on the ground level. The hotel also had karaoke and a casino, which was perfect for us as we love both! The staff were lovely and the location was excellent. a perfect choice for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

I was thrilled with the Holiday Tea at the Palm Court in the Drake Hotel. I made reservations well in advance and it was worth it. The three tiered tray filled with scones, sandwiches, and desserts was deceivingly plentiful. The hot teas were numerous and delicious, and the attentive waiter kept our pots full. The festive atmosphere with the harpist and carolers added to the joyous experience. I highly recommend this event at the Drake.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Drake! The location was perfect, being just steps away from Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our Christmas holiday special, even working on Christmas day with kindness and genuine care. The decorations throughout the hotel created a festive atmosphere that truly captured the holiday spirit. We were truly impressed with the value we received through Hotels.com. Despite a slight issue with the mattress and door noise, the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying at The Drake again on our next visit to downtown. we had a fantastic experience at The Drake and highly recommend it to others.
