I arrived at the hotel early morning, exhausted and eager for a nap. Unfortunately, the room was too warm for my liking due to the preset AC settings. After a series of unsuccessful attempts to adjust it, I resigned myself to a sweaty night. On the bright side, the staff showed impeccable hospitality, quickly accommodating my early check-in request. the breakfast spread was delightful, and the charming bar downstairs added a cozy touch. the location on MG road was convenient, although the taxi mix-up was a minor hiccup. A decent stay overall! .

One morning, I walked into the Trendiest coffee shop in town ready for my dose of caffeine, and the barista surprised me with the most delicious specially brewed cappuccino that put a smile on my face brighter than a double shot espresso!

Wi-Fi connectivity intermittently poor.

When I fell ill, the staff respected my privacy by not disturbing me, showcasing a considerate touch. the spacious rooms and convenient location added to the pleasant stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in Kochi and had a fantastic experience. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the room was spacious and kept clean every day. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation. the bar area had a great atmosphere and the restaurant served tasty meals. I even got a packed breakfast for my early departure, which was a nice touch.

One small downside was that the air conditioning seemed to have a preset temperature that couldn't be adjusted. It might be something for the hotel to look into ' comfort.

We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good spread and offered a mix of local and continental dishes. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the standard amenities expected from a good hotel.

The reception area felt a bit dull and lacked the wow factor. the lobby also appeared crowded, especially with the bar located next to the front desk.
