The staff was incredibly welcoming with big smiles, making everything easy. The room was clean and comfy, with lovingly decorated interiors and impressive attention to detail. We appreciated the key transfer through the box, which worked great, even with our late arrival.

Lugging large suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs could be a hassle. the bed squeaked a little, which was a minor inconvenience.
