I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Underground, Hyde Park, Kensington, and Central London. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and always being courteous. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-stocked minibar in the room and a microwave with fruit upon arrival. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the tea and coffee making facilities, as well as the biscuits, made the experience even better.

The value for money was great, the room was clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was fantastic, close to Hyde Park and easy access to the tube stations. The staff treated me with great hospitality and even offered me an upgrade. a wonderful stay at Premier Notting Hill.

The hotel's location near Hyde Park provides easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, while also being close to multiple tube stations including Bayswater. The rooms are well-decorated and the bathrooms are up to date and clean. Some rooms offer unique decor, such as the "living in a cupboard under the stairs" experience. The staff is friendly and motivated, with some exceptions. The guest service, while not exceptional, offers complimentary coffee and breakfast tea.

The gym was locked and inaccessible during our stay.

The welcoming staff member offered to carry my bags to my room and showed me all the necessary facilities of the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this place, it was really well-connected via the underground with plenty of stations nearby. The area was nice and we felt safe walking around. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were great with everything we needed provided.

Location was perfect! Streets were very safe and walkable. the staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.

The room was extremely small, and it was a struggle to find space for my luggage. there was no real window in the room, so it felt stuffy and lacked fresh air.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the warm and welcoming staff who offered great service. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a variety of fresh options offered daily. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby.

Unfortunately my room was disappointing. The bed was too hard, the room was small, and the air conditioning was not adjustable. The bathroom was not well maintained as there were cracks in the sink and bathtub. my stay was underwhelming due to the lack of comfort in my room.

The rooms are clean and cozy, with nice toiletries. The location is within walking distance to underground, shops, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating guests' needs. good value for the price. Will consider returning. 👍
