This charming hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood very near busy Newbury Street, where you can find great shops and restaurants. It's in the center of the city where everything's in walking distance. The spacious rooms are accompanied with modern furnishings, excellent service, and a lovely restaurant that serves delicious food. The personnel is very attentive to all needs. Valet service is excellent. Neg: The hotel doesn't offer a pool or fitness center.

I got great value for my money at The Eliot. The room was lovely and had a traditional Boston vibe. The location was perfect, close to transportation, shopping, and great restaurants and bars. The staff treated me like a VIP and made me feel very welcome.

We stayed at The Eliot Hotel for a few nights with our toddler and it was perfect. The suite allowed us to have our own space while still being able to enjoy time together. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially towards our little one. The location was ideal, right next to the train station and only a short walk to the trendy shops on Newbury Street.

We got excellent value for our money with a clean and spacious room/suite that exuded old world charm. The location was perfect, tucked away in a residential area but still within walking distance of attractions and surrounded by beautiful streets. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A Gem in Back Bay

We had a fantastic stay at Eliot, a hidden gem in Back Bay! The location was perfect for exploring the charms of Newbury Street and the rest of Boston. We were impressed by the hotel's old world charm, spotless rooms, and spacious suite with a comfortable bed. The knowledgeable and friendly bar staff went above and beyond to return our lost map. While the bathroom was a bit small, it didn't deter us from enjoying our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its great staff, convenient location, and lovely ambiance.

We've always chosen The Eliot Hotel whenever we visit Boston, and we've stayed at numerous 4-5 star hotels in the area. The service at Eliot is unbeatable, from the welcoming reception to the helpful bell service. The suites are tastefully decorated with comfortable living rooms and a convenient kitchenette area. The one or two bedroom options are perfect for families. The wifi is reliable, and we appreciated not having to constantly re-enter the password. The location is great, just off Newbury Street, making it easy to find breakfast nearby. We also enjoyed the on-site Modern Japanese restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Dhadve, the manager at the front desk, for accommodating our requests and to Mae, the Thai staff, for the warm greetings. The bell team was also friendly and efficient during check-out.
