TV remote didn't work well, had to manually change channels. Room safe was locked.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is incredible, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet and safe area with plenty of restaurant and shopping choices. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The rooms on the executive level are top-notch, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator right on the opposite bed. And let's not forget about the included breakfast, where you can enjoy a bowl of cereal to start your day off right.

Everything was spot on!

The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed. The pool was a good size and the employees were polite. The buffet had tasty food. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel felt lively with many guests and could be noisy at times, so it may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet experience. However, we couldn't hear the noise in our room and the rooms were clean.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a delay in checking in due to a server issue. But thanks to our Hilton Honors membership, we called their customer service and they efficiently canceled our reservation at Doubletree and arranged a room for us at a nearby Hampton. Their quick resolution saved us from a potentially frustrating situation. I'll definitely recommend Hilton Honors for their excellent service.

I got great value for my money at Doubletree in Memphis. The room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches like messages on the remote control and hand wipes. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location was brilliant - close to everything in town, including the University of Memphis, baseball and basketball stadiums. It was situated in a nice area with a variety of restaurant and shopping choices. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The clean and well-maintained rooms were a great plus. The local dining recommendations and offer to drive us within 5 miles were appreciated. The hotel's location in a safe neighborhood with convenient access to attractions was a highlight. I had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel! The hotel had Easter decorations that made my stay feel festive. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even provided complimentary chocolate eggs for the Easter celebration. The hotel is conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit and it made exploring the city a breeze.

The only downside of my Easter stay was the room cleanliness. I noticed that the room was not cleaned properly as there were stains on the sheets and towels.

Indoor outdoor pool was perfect for kids during our stay. Breakfast was a good value and staff was friendly. Parking was free and we found it cheaper to Uber to downtown.
