I recently stayed at Voco The Franklin and had a wonderful time. It was a short visit, just one night, but the hotel was perfect for my needs. The location was ideal, with Central Park, Museum Mile, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also loved the clean and stylish decor, and the cozy feel of the lobby where they serve complimentary wine and coffee. The rooms, although small, were well-designed and spotlessly clean. The old style elevator added a nostalgic touch to my stay.

Couldn't stay longer. Construction noise and difficulty getting a taxi due to the presence of construction trucks and workers.

We loved the location, being so close to all the major attractions on the UES. The hotel was just 3 short blocks from 5th avenue, and one block from the Lexington Avenue subway, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the C line and bus routes, making it easy to explore the Upper East Side. It's also very close to Central Park, museums, and other amenities. The hotel facilities were up to the pictures, and the cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was exceptional. The staff were friendly and kept our luggage stored even after check-out.

I got great value for my money at Voco The Franklin. The room was nice, although small, and the staff treated me with utmost care and kindness. I had an amazing stay at the hotel. the location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from the 86th St metro station. There were plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, including Shake Shack burger, H&M, Ultra beauty, and Sephora. the reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was the perfect place to stay for a few days in the city. the room was cute, clean, and comfortable, offering a great value for the price. I highly recommend Voco for anyone visiting New York.

We especially appreciated the bookshelf of classic literature in the lobby. The breakfast offered was simple but satisfying, and the coffee was strong. a pleasant stay.

voco was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations! the location was perfect for exploring the city and the nearby amenities were so convenient. clean and comfy rooms at a reasonable price. i would definitely stay again, especially after a disappointing previous visit to another hotel in nyc.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and in a great location with transportation nearby. It had a charming, old New York vibe and the newly renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet and there was always coffee or tea available. The bed was comfortable and the room had ample closet space. The complimentary wine and cheese at 5 pm was a lovely treat after a long day.

Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about.
