the check-in process was an absolute disaster, taking forever and almost ruining my whole stay. I asked for a steamer and instead got a second iron, which is just laughable. I half expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but no, nothing. the pool was a mad house, towels everywhere and no one to clean it up, amazing!

Be mindful of early morning noise from the alley if your room faces that direction, and check for gluten-free options at the café.

Staff was friendly, but check-in took a bit longer than we hoped. We enjoyed the rooftop pool for some chill time, that was a nice touch. Don’tcha know, you gotta walk to nearby spots for good eats, but that made it fun!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, which made it perfect for our family. We loved that there were several excellent local restaurants within walking distance, allowing us to explore a variety of cuisines during our visit. Additionally, the rooftop amenities provided a lovely spot to unwind with a drink in hand while soaking in the view.

We stayed here with family, and I must say the rooftop pool was a blast! Great views made it a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. The nearby food options were amazing, giving us plenty of delicious choices for every meal.

In my wife’s opinion, a more kid-friendly breakfast setup would be great.

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the location's ease for exploring local food spots. My only issue was the noise from the hallway, which disrupted my sleep. However, I appreciated the rooftop area for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped with a late check-out, allowing me to maximize my time in the city. I’m used to the lively atmosphere back home in Rome, but the evening buzz here was a noticeable change.

Comfortable room, enjoyable amenities, with a king-sized bed that was incredibly soft and a well-lit environment that made entering the room a delight. The location was convenient, just a short stroll from the McPherson Square, and the staff at the bar were accommodating and friendly, making my experience even more pleasant.

Karen at the reception was absolutely fantastic, helping us out when we arrived at 4am, and our room was spacious and airy, making our stay feel so comfortable. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. We loved the sun terrace for lounging around. The breakfast setup was a bit odd, but it didn’t take away from all the good vibes—definitely check out the local eateries nearby! 😊
