We stayed for one night while visiting Ithaca college. The motel is adorable, with a cute retro mid-century modernish vibe. It's also very laid back and clean. The location is great, with plenty of attractions and things to do nearby. The check-in process was smooth and they kept us well informed. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a unique, refurbished feel. The owner was warm and helpful, and the personal touches made our stay even more enjoyable. The reasonable price was an added bonus.

We loved our stay at this adorable, laid-back motel that was great value for the money. The room was spacious and the retro decor was charming. We stayed here for one night when I took my daughter to visit Ithaca college - not too many options in the area besides the more expensive Marriott and the average Holiday Inn. The Grayhaven is adorable, very laid back, and very clean. They have transformed an old vintage motel into a cute, retro, mid-century modernish gem. Reasonably priced, lovely bedding, comfy bed, spacious room, and a charming reading and breakfast dining room.
