i would’ve almost given this place a good review, but alas! my kids brought home rashes & the reception staff didn’t have the courtesy to explain the outrageous parking fees. the pools closed too early, and don’t get me started on the ancient towels—they don’t even allow 9 for a family of 10! absolute madness.

The water park access was a great perk for our

family, allowing us to spend countless hours having fun together. We loved the privacy of our condo and appreciated the convenience of the in-room laundry facilities. However, the resort could benefit from clearer signage, as navigating it felt a bit confusing at times.

The kids absolutely loved the water park, and I can't tell you how much fun the lazy river was to float around in with them after a long day. The room was spacious, with a kitchen which made it easy to manage meals for the family. We also enjoyed the arcade on a rainy day, it kept the kids busy and happy.

It wasn't the cheapest place I've stayed but honestly it was acceptable for what you get.

We had such a fun time relaxing at the pool and enjoying the lazy river during our stay! The water park had great slides, and we loved chilling in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, some amenities took longer to get delivered than we expected, but it didn’t ruin our vibe. 🌊

we had a fantastic stay at grove resort & water park orlando! the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the early check-in option. the property is right next to austin lake, which was lovely. plus, the escape spa offered some amazing treatments that let us unwind completely.
