The views from our room were absolutely stunning, especially the night skyline. The rooftop bar was a hit with the whole family, and they even welcomed our pet dog, which made the experience even better.

For dads, it would be great if elevators were faster.

Had an amazing stay! The king room was spacious and had a fab view of the river. Perfect location—everything was just a stroll away, making exploring a breeze!

But, oh darling, my shower did the tango between freezing and scalding—such an exciting surprise! And finding dried blood on the sheets? That's a unique kind of adventure!

the programmable lights were an absolute nightmare, flickering all night without end. to top it off, after the hot water vanished on my second night, i was offered a piddly $60 rooftop bar voucher—like i had all the time in the world. a simple room upgrade would’ve been a delightful touch, but apparently, that’s too much to ask here.

Had an awesome time with friends at the hotel! The rooftop bar was a blast, and we loved how close we were to Michigan Avenue for shopping and dining. Our room had a stunning view, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely consider a room with floor-to-ceiling windows to enhance your stay!

The stay at Londonhouse was wonderful overall, with a fantastic river view and an impressively comfortable bed. The rooftop bar is a must-visit for the views alone. However, the initial room cleanliness was disappointing as we encountered stains that were concerning. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

Had a pleasant one-night stay in a spacious King Room with beautiful views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Andrew at the Front Desk and Caitlin's thoughtful check-ins. Parking was a little inconvenient, so plan ahead for that. Recommend enjoying the rooftop bar for stunning city views!
