Our first family trip in 1.5 years and it couldn't have been better. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was convenient and adequately stocked. The view of the Dallas skyline from our balcony was magnificent. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very clean. The in-apartment laundry was a huge plus. The pool was amazing and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location, right by the Katy trail, was ideal for our daily walks. a spectacular experience!

They provided clear instructions for parking and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped apartment and amenities that we unfortunately didn't have time to try out. The location was perfect for us, as it was easily accessible by Uber and close to downtown and the Katy Trail. The view from our room's huge balcony of the city skyline was simply amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the full washer-dryer units in our room were a convenient feature. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the Galleria and other attractions. The rooms are well-equipped and offer fantastic views of the city. The property also has a coffee shop with good prices. The concierge service is helpful, and the parking is easy and secure.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were issues with dirty floors and uncleaned bathrooms. there were difficulties in obtaining a second key fob, which made entering and leaving the hotel inconvenient.

We came to see friends and catch an NBA game. The Guild at Katy Trail's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore downtown and enjoy the scenic Katy trail. The huge balcony offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Having a washer/dryer in our room was a convenient perk, especially since we were traveling for a while. The apartment and building had numerous amenities, though we didn't have time to try them all. The Guild representative at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful.
