Our stay at The Hawthorne was worth every penny. The room was beautifully decorated with calming pastel colors and the view from the hill and sloping lawn was simply delightful. The clovered lawn added a natural touch, suggesting minimal pesticide use. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly taken care of. The location was perfect, with a short walk to a private beach and a convenient distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the overall experience was fantastic.

The breakfast area could have been improved. It would have been nice to have reserved seating available on the outdoor patio, as we encountered a large family who consistently occupied the space.

The hotel had a fantastic location right by the beach and within walking distance to the center of Chatham. The views of the ocean were amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The parking was plentiful and convenient.

Although the beach was private and quiet, I didn't enjoy having to walk through the rear parking lot to access it. Additionally, the outdoor patio area, while beautiful, was often occupied by a large family, making it difficult to find a space to relax and enjoy takeout.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the ocean front with direct access to the beach. It's also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furnishings and some offering beautiful water views. The staff provides friendly and personal service, giving helpful suggestions to make the most of your stay. Plus, the well-kept lawn and beach chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The showerhead in the bathroom needs improvement.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless! The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the prestigious Chatham resorts. Being able to wake up to the beautiful ocean view and watch sea life pass by was truly breathtaking. Plus, it was just a short walk to Chatham's Main Street, offering convenience and endless entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is stunning - right by the beach with lounge chairs to relax in and watch the ocean. The service was impeccable with friendly and accommodating staff. Our room had everything we needed, including an ironing board and complimentary toiletries. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV.

I recently stayed at The Hawthorne in Chatham for a function at Chatham Bars Inn. The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving me his number in case I needed anything. The location is perfect, overlooking the harbor and beach. My room had an unobstructed ocean view and was spotlessly clean. The proximity to the lighthouse and town center was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from my room was breathtaking and the beach was just a few steps away. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker and good lighting. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Hawthorne Motel.

I had a lovely stay at this motel in Chatham! The Deluxe Efficiency room was small but extremely clean and bright, with windows on both sides. The view and location were absolutely stunning, right on a private beach. My 6-year-old had a blast playing in the calm cove waters. We even got to see seals on the sandbar! The motel was also conveniently close to the town center. I highly recommend this special place.

Amazing beach views, large rooms with spacious beds. Short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops in town. Plenty of parking. Loved watching seals at the fishing pier.
