We recently had a wonderful stay at the Cabot Trail Motel in beautiful Baddeck. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed, including extra pillows. Our room overlooked the stunning lake, providing a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. On top of that, the air conditioner kept us comfortable during the warmer days, and the onsite pool was a refreshing treat. We also appreciated the convenience of having a laundry facility available. the staff, cleanliness, and amenities made for a fantastic stay.

The location of Cabot Trail Motel was perfect for exploring the beautiful area. We enjoyed the nice balcony with a view and the dock and gazebo by the water. The food at the restaurant was decent and the bed in our room was very comfy. It was a bonus to have a fridge and coffee maker, as well as a table in the room. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

I had a great stay at this hotel on a main highway. The staff was very pleasant and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony overlooking the water. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the price.

Nestled on a hill, this motel offers breathtaking views of the bay from its rooms and the attached restaurant. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake just a short distance away. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast options are delicious. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and boast plenty of natural light, with some even featuring outside deck space overlooking the picturesque bay.

Some noise may be heard from the nearby highway during the stay.

The view from our room was absolutely incredible, with our end unit providing easy access for walking our dog. We loved gazing at the full moon from the gazebo across the street. The breakfast and dinner were both great, with plenty of delicious food and the option to customize our order. The grounds were beautifully maintained and we enjoyed watching the birds perform in the dining room. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fabulous deck view and comfortable chairs. as foreign tourists, we highly recommend this place and give it a 5-star rating.

The motel's location was also very convenient, close to the Cabot Trail and the charming village of Baddeck. There were plenty of shops and restaurants to explore nearby. Great location, amazing view, comfortable beds and clean rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant had good food and we received complementary coffee and muffins each morning. We loved exploring the area, from hiking to beach and whale watching to historical sites - all within close proximity.

The lack of fridge and microwave was inconvenient. the heating system in our room was too noisy and the windows did not seal properly, causing a draft.
