I had the pleasure of staying at the Historic Wolf Hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, high ceilings, and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the retro style of the Suite, it felt like a step back in time. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for self-catering. I also appreciated the breakfast provisions that were provided, it was a nice touch. The hotel is undergoing a transformation to a by-gone era, and it's clear that the owners have put a lot of love and effort into creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the underground speakeasy tour, where I got to explore the saloon, library, and clothing store. It was like stepping into history. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and the opportunity to experience a piece of Kansas history.

We recently had a romantic escape to a charming B&B in a small Kansas town. The hotel was beautifully furnished, with comfortable chairs and sofas in the rooms and parlor. We loved the vintage feel of the place, it really felt like stepping back in time. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the AC and ceiling fan to keep us cool. The location was also a plus, as it was just off the highway and put us closer to homes and farms as we traveled across Kansas. it was a delightful and cozy stay.

While the B&B had a kitchen, we opted to eat out as we were unsure about the freshness of the fridge contents. Also, the fact that we had a windowless room was a minor downside, but it was necessary to ensure a quiet night's sleep.
