At Havana Cabana, we had a fantastic experience! The location was superb, with an IHOP next door for delicious breakfasts and nearby fast food options like McDonald's, Wendy's, and Dunkin' Donuts for convenience. The food at Floridita was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tanyo, the concierge, provided exceptional service during our stay. We loved the room, which was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The view of the ocean from the hotel was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the facilities, including the beautiful pool area.

There were occasional issues with sand fleas in the sitting area by the pool, which was a bit bothersome.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Havana Cabana. Wonderful touches like sunglasses and rain ponchos in the room, popsicles and adult beverages at the pool, and yummy snacks and food available. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. The pool is magical, with a pool concierge and everything you need for a relaxing day. The staff is friendly and detail-oriented. Love love loved my stay!

I stayed at Havana Cabana for a week to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel's shuttle service to downtown was fantastic, allowing us to explore the area easily. The pool was absolutely stunning, the largest in Key West, and we loved spending our days lounging by it. The lobby had a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers, especially Jim and John, went above and beyond to recommend restaurants and point out sights during our rides. The on-site food truck was also a great addition, serving delicious food.

The resort boasts a stunning pool, with two complimentary cabanas for guests. They offer a range of poolside games and even have live Cuban music on occasion. The staff, particularly Annette and Wilen, provide friendly and efficient check-in service. The free shuttle service is a convenient way to explore the area. The remodeled rooms are clean and comfortable, with new furniture.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Even though it's located in an industrial area, the atmosphere inside is luxurious and comfortable. The hotel staff provided services like dry cleaning, laundry and airport shuttle which made my stay even more hassle-free. The room was well-maintained with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and beautiful garden furniture on the terrace. The staff made me feel special by taking care of everything and even offered me a welcome drink on arrival. The leisure swimming pool, jacuzzi and beach area were a perfect place to unwind and relax.

The pool and bar area was fantastic, with ample seating and attentive staff. the sparkling lobby and cute branding throughout added to the overall trendy atmosphere. the shuttle service provided was a huge convenience, making it easy to get downtown.

The rooms were a bit disappointing. They had a musty and damp odor, and the sheets felt like plastic.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the full size bath products had an amazing scent. The pool area was also very nice.
