Staff helped me find good places to eat on my first visit. This place has all I need. Free Wi-Fi, picnic area, pool, flat-screen TV, ski storage, beach access. I always return for Christmas. It's perfect for me.

We stayed at a newly renovated inn for a family holiday and were delighted by the immaculate property. the large pool area, with its well-maintained facilities and perfect water temperature, was a highlight. Direct access to the Saco River for swimming and kayaking added to the charm. the convenient location, within a short drive to restaurants and hiking spots, made exploring easy and enjoyable.

My key card didn't work due to a broken Bluetooth system. Despite this inconvenience, the decor and comfy beds made for a pleasant stay. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and hiking trails. the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The landscaping was nice and had plenty of space to walk dogs. the location was great, near many attractions. the rates were good compared to other options in the area.

The air conditioner in our room didn't cool well, no washer/dryer in family units, and the pool was not clean. Thin walls made it easy to hear next door.
