The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby plantations, and I highly recommend Minnie's Cafe for a delicious breakfast, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish. Plus, the complimentary breakfast provided a high-quality selection of food to start the day off right.

We had a great time exploring the town. It was easy to walk around and find great restaurants and bars. the room was comfortable with quality fittings and two double beds. the breakfast was buffet style and had a great selection of food. We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, and the laundry room was an added bonus. the location was perfect for exploring plantation houses, and the price was very reasonable for a room in such a convenient location.

The lack of staff was a bit disturbing, and felt unsafe at times as the side door remained unlocked all night. the coffee was not readily available and had to go to the self-serve bar but everything was empty.

I had an exceptional stay at this hidden gem in a small town. The price for the room was very reasonable, and I loved that I could walk to dinner. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the effort put into renovating the historic building. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was really comfortable. I also enjoyed the extended hours for breakfast and the amenities like the pool table and exercise room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.
