I recently stayed at a hotel in a very good location near Nipponbashi subway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they could speak good English. The room size was reasonable and clean, with pyjamas provided. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. I especially liked that it was close to the OCAT limousine bus station for easy access to Kansai airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling Dotonbori main street and a few minutes from the subway station. It was also right across the street from Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient to explore this major sight. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with card access only for the doors and elevators, providing a sense of security. The self-service check-in/out process was efficient, and the staff was helpful, even holding onto our luggage before our check-in. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it came with complete amenities, including an air purifier, which was a nice touch.

I loved staying at this venue! Everything was perfect. The location was amazing - right in the heart of the main shopping precinct and only a short walk away from the canal. The service was outstanding - the staff were always available and happy to help with anything I needed. The room amenities were fantastic - I had access to everything I could possibly need, from free toiletries to air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone - it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for exploring the city. I really appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the room. And even though the room was small, it was clean and well-maintained. I had a comfortable stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa.

Great location near Dotonbori and Kuramon Market. Close to Nippombashi Station, making it convenient for travel from the airport. Friendly staff and quick check-in. Spacious and clean rooms with attentive housekeeping. Free amenities and a good breakfast selection. Would stay here again.

It's a convenient location, just a short walk from a metro station and close to the shopping street. Getting to Kansai airport is also easy. The body lotions, hair gel, and other amenities provided in the room are a nice touch. Guests can also enjoy a good breakfast every morning.

The hotel is quite busy and can feel a bit like a hostel.

We recently stayed in this hotel for a romantic escape and were pleased with our experience. the hotel offers complementary toiletries and coffee making facilities in the room, which was a nice touch. the location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. We particularly enjoyed strolling through the nearby market and trying local delicacies.

The room size was quite small, but this is expected in Japan, so it wasn't a major issue for us. However, the lack of in-room safe or adequate storage space for our belongings was a drawback.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Osaka. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping areas, convenient stores, and train/subway stations. The hotel is also a short walk from the airport coach stop, which was incredibly convenient when I had heavy luggage. I was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room, which was small but perfect for my needs. I had a wonderful experience and would choose this hotel again in the future.
