I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, giving me the best night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even cleaning our room early so we could check in before heading to Put In Bay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the Jet Express, making transportation super convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the shores of Lake Erie, offering great value for money. The rooms, some with tall windows overlooking the lake, are updated and clean, with attention to detail. The friendly staff and convenient location near everything we wanted made our stay enjoyable. The comfortable King size bed ensured a good night's sleep.

Minor improvements can be made in terms of breakfast options, as on Monday there were no hot foods available. It would have been nice for the hotel to offer a hot meal for late risers.

Staying here was a great experience! The location was perfect for me, as I was able to walk to the ferry to Put-in-Bay and there were many restaurants nearby. The service was fantastic and the room was very relaxing with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the ironing facilities. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, and I enjoyed having tea and coffee in the sitting area of my room.

It's within walking distance to the Jet Express, bars, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. And finally, the value for money was great, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

If you want to experience a spooky hotel that looks like it's from a horror movie, this is your spot, but beware of the hotel's dated appearance. The best advantage is that it is in a location that's a stone's throw away from the ferry to Put-in-Bay, and you can quickly hop on and off the island. Also, the lounge area has entertainment that can be a good option to pass time.

There is an aggressive policy related to smoking inside the hotel, and even sneaking weed is severely punished.
