The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for us - the master bedroom with a king bed felt luxurious, and the second bedroom with two queen beds was great for our friends. The living space was spacious, and the balcony offered stunning views of the Catskills.

Personally, I found the second bathroom a bit small.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and my boys loved the bunk beds. The landscaping was beautiful, and we enjoyed the fire pits for making s'mores. The young child zone inside the water park was large and well-maintained. The hot tub was nice, especially since it extended outside. The hotel property was impressively clean, and the staff, especially Frank at the Flow Rider, were attentive and professional. The ropes course was awesome, and the arcade had a decent variety of games.

The water park at Kartrite Resort And Indoor Waterpark exceeded our expectations. The slides were fantastic and there were minimal lines, even at full capacity. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The water park was clean and the water temperature was perfect. We also enjoyed the tasty and creative drinks at the bar. Plus, the arcade games and ropes course were a hit with our 12-year-old.

We enjoyed the extra amenities and activities available at the hotel. Housekeeping staff were polite and accommodating. Although some guests experienced a long wait for their room, they did mention the water park was a nice feature and appreciated the range of food options on site.

We loved how this place was remote enough to feel like a true resort, yet close to other places that we could grab outside food. The room was spacious enough for our family of four and incredibly clean. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and relaxing shower! The water park was small enough to keep us entertained for a day, yet not too small that we got bored after doing everything one time. We were also impressed with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness.

Although there were some pricey alcoholic drinks in the water park, we found them to be moderate overall. In short, we HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway.

I had a great stay at The Kartrite Resort And Indoor Waterpark. The water park was so much fun for my family, especially my 6-year-old girls. They had the time of their lives exploring all the attractions. The lifeguards did a fantastic job and made sure everyone was safe.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was fantastic! the complementary champagne and hors d'oeuvres were a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like restaurants and shops. we had a great time celebrating the start of the new year here.

The food was a bit disappointing. the breakfast buffet was lackluster and the options were limited.
