Had fun at the waterpark, but food was overpriced.

the check-in was supposed to be 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready. however, gloria at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, making our arrival smoother 😊. the room was very clean and had a lovely fireplace! also, the arcade area had loads of fun activities for the kids!

Awesome water park vibes!

The kids went wild in the game room, but those grabbers were a little unfair. Also, the ice cream shop was closed a lot. And the cleaning service could be faster. Still a fun getaway overall!

Everything! Free use of washers and dryers, private family changing rooms, cashless lockers!

All good, met our expectations. Friendly staff took excellent care of us, ensuring everything was ready quickly. Also appreciated the spacious family suite layout, making it easy for us to enjoy our time together.

The slides were a total hit! My kids couldn’t get enough of that heated pool—perfect for them to splash about. Staff were super friendly, especially at the waterpark, always smiling and ready to help. The arcade was a jol too, getting 100 credits for $25 was lekker for all those games and prizes!

Food was pretty pricey though, but we made it work with some brekkie from a local diner nearby—defs worth it!

i had a great time during my stay at kartrite. the indoor water park was a highlight, with my kids loving the slides and no lines during our visit. compared to my previous stay in monticello, this place exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and fun activities available.

My daughter was thrilled with all the toddler rides, and ordering food was a breeze with their kiosk. The setup was just right, making it easy to navigate!

Unfortunately, my room was cleaned less than my last high school dorm. Plus, the food prices were so high, I almost considered dining on instant ramen instead!
