The rooms could use better upkeep with outdated decor and mismatched furniture!!! Soundproofing needs improvement to minimize noise disturbance from other guests!!! Maintenance issues like broken fixtures and a lack of thorough cleaning should be addressed!!!

spacious suite we stayed in, featuring two full bathrooms which was a nice surprise. However, it’s apparent that the place could really benefit from some maintenance and attention to detail. The cobwebs and mismatched blinds were noticeable, and overall, the ambiance felt a bit neglected.

The suite was spacious with two full bathrooms, making it very convenient for our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable sofa that converts to a king bed. The refrigerator and microwave were handy for storing and reheating food from the local bakery. Complimentary coffee, tea, and juice in the lobby added a nice touch. The owner and staff provided engaging interactions and even shared local stories.

The Inn is a short walk from the lovely Kennebunk Farmer's Market, and we enjoyed our stay with my wife there. The front desk lady was super friendly, even bringing cookies for my daughter while we took in the beautiful surroundings.

My wife says that the noise from the pickleball court was a bit much at times.

This place was a proper gem, mate! The staff were friendly as pie, and lovin' the dog-friendly vibe, too. But the set-up for the coffee could've been a bit more organized. Would've been grand if they had the brekkie sorted. Still, can't complain too much!
