The hotel itself was excellent, with clean and beautiful lobby area. The room, although slightly outdated, featured a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The hotel's convenient location near the stadium and available transportation made attending the Bucs game a breeze. The on-site restaurant was a convenient addition, and the friendly staff made dining there a pleasant experience. I had a great stay at Four Points and would highly recommend it.

One downside I experienced was the lack of trash bags and usual toiletries in the room. While I appreciate the hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly, it would have been nice to have some basic toiletries such as facial soap, toothpaste, or lotion.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Tampa for 3 nights. The private suites with king beds and thick walls made for a peaceful stay, even with noisy kids around. I loved the convenience of a smoking balcony on every floor, especially since my room was right next to it. The clean and tidy room, central AC, and friendly staff made my stay exceptionally pleasant. I even extended my stay an extra night. Highly recommended!

We loved this place! The location was spot on, close to both the airport and the football stadium. It was in a good area so we felt safe. The staff were amazing, especially our waiter on the evening of our arrival, providing exceptional service. The room amenities were fantastic with coffee facilities, a sitting area and a television plus a free airport shuttle. On site there was an indoor swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day, as well as a fitness studio and a leisure area with Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV.

We had a great city break and enjoyed the complimentary vouchers for drinks at the bar and the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was great to have a spacious suite to relax in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The furniture in the suite was outdated and scratched, and the bathroom was very small and outdated as well. We were disappointed that there was no room service, due to a miscommunication.
