The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to various restaurants, attractions, and stadiums. It's also conveniently close to Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field. The staff is friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Our suite had a comfortable bed and a great bathroom with a relaxing tub. The front desk acted quickly when we reported noisy neighbors, and the service was top-notch. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for a Cleveland visit.

The staff was friendly and efficient in handling our bags and escorting us to our room. The highlight was the impressive bathroom with great water pressure and luxurious amenities. As families with children, we appreciated the convenience and comfort provided by these facilities.

We had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and engaging staff. The stylish contemporary decor and modernized rooms provided a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the majority of the entertainment and right across from a convenient food market. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff available 24/7. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and sitting area. The hotel also offered great dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious food and drink. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to stay active during our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We would have preferred more soundproofing in the room, as hallway noise was occasionally bothersome at night. Additionally, the view from our room was an alley, which was not ideal.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Staying in this hotel was perfect. It is situated in an ideal location close to numerous restaurants and attractions. We were particularly impressed with the attentive cleaning staff who made our stay more comfortable. Additionally, our room was incredibly clean and stylish. The in-room toiletries and other facilities were top-notch. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well equipped with all the amenities we needed.
