The service at the hotel was outstanding - from the friendly bar staff to the reception team. My room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the plunger coffee was a delightful touch. The lamb shank pie for dinner was absolutely delicious! Although the room lacked a bedside lamp, the central location made it easy to explore the town and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities, like the french press coffee and spa, added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and in front of a nice park. The room was modern, clean, and had a view over old buildings. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The continental breakfast provided in the room was handy and offered a good choice of foods. it was a cozy and comfortable stay.

The layout of the room could have been better, with the fridge across the room from the eating area and a narrow bathroom.

we had a pleasant stay at Victoria Hotel, with a well-maintained database located centrally. the room was comfortable, and breakfast included cereal and toast. the restaurant downstairs served a delightful lamb shank pie. the location was ideal for exploring wineries, beaches, and other attractions nearby. staff were friendly and efficient, and the bistro menu offered a variety of delicious food options.

I had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Hotel. The front of house and restaurant had a lovely, elegant ambiance. The older rooms were well-maintained and had updated decor and fittings. I especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the family deluxe room and the cozy linen and towels. The bath was great for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better.

Although the hotel provided a continental breakfast, I was disappointed that Vegemite wasn't initially included as an option. However, the staff kindly provided it upon request.

Great view of the river and the park from the window. the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities provided. the location was perfect, close to some nice restaurants and bars.

The room was quite expensive for what it offered. the staff was not very friendly, and we had to wait a long time at the reception to check in.

I recently had a fantastic 6-night stay at this hotel while attending a sporting event in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing for easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Additionally, the meals served in the restaurant were delicious, and the variety of wines and beers available was impressive.

My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.
