The hotel had a beautiful lobby and a lovely restaurant. The room was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The staff, including the valet crew, were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with plenty of food options nearby. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. I also appreciated the quick and responsive temperature control in the room.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and the staff were really good, especially Jeff at the bar. The food in the hotel was excellent, we even celebrated my birthday there and they took really good care of us. The hotel had a lot of character and history, which made our stay quite enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was just average and the restaurant was not up to par. The bar stools were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our drinks.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown Houston and had an amazing experience. The location of this place is perfect, situated in the theater district. I loved being able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the incredible valet staff. The room itself was gorgeous, with a fantastic view of the city. The hotel also offers a range of amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, making my stay even more convenient and comfortable. But what truly impressed me was the attention to detail, such as the local artist's work displayed throughout the hotel, adding a unique and special touch.
