I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in downtown Chicago. The location was absolutely ideal, as it was situated right on the running route of the Chicago marathon. It was also just a short stroll away from the start and finish line. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, fulfilling my request for a room with a bathtub. The room itself was beautifully decorated and presented, and I was particularly impressed with the luxurious bathroom amenities. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of exciting activities such as yoga classes.

It was a bit complicated to figure out how it worked for guests who had booked the bed and breakfast package. Additionally, the breakfast only included basic options like coffee and takeaway pastries.

I had the most incredible stay at the Lasalle Chicago. The hotel's location was perfect for the Chicago marathon, being right on the running route and just a short stroll to the start and finish line. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to give us a room with a tub bath upon request. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a modern and stylish ambience. I loved the additional amenities like yoga classes offered. The bathrooms were stunning, with all the necessary amenities provided. And to top it off, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my sister's birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

It was difficult to figure out what we were entitled to as B&B guests, and the offering was limited to basic coffee and takeaway mini pastries. We were surprised that the hotel did not provide proper cups for coffee or tea in the room, only paper cups were available.
