Staying at this hotel for a leisure visit, I enjoyed its exquisite 1920s decor with a twist, cozy rooms, and enormous bathrooms. the staff was attentive and friendly, and the location near charming Printers Row was ideal. The hotel was beautifully quiet, a stark contrast to bustling Michigan Ave. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I keep staying here for the great service and comfortable rooms. Staff helped me print tickets once. It has all I need like free Wi-Fi, restaurant, fitness center, spa, and more. Coming back for Xmas.

Despite being in the heart of the financial district, the hotel was high class and chic. We appreciated the convenience of nearby convenience stores and the proximity to the Chicago Art Institute.

The hotel's location was not ideal for tourists, as it was far from popular attractions like the Riverwalk and Navy Pier. Additionally, there were some issues with housekeeping, such as delays in replacing water and wine glasses.

It was difficult to figure out what we were entitled to as B&B guests, and the offering was limited to basic coffee and takeaway mini pastries. We were surprised that the hotel did not provide proper cups for coffee or tea in the room, only paper cups were available.
