I recently stayed at The Little Nell for five days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The room was well-appointed with comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and an abundance of towels. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beautiful hiking trails. Plus, the ski-in ski-out convenience was unparalleled, thanks to the helpful ski concierges and proximity to the gondola. The Little Nell is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, providing excellent service, delightful food, and a competent and helpful staff.

Shuttle service to popular Snowmass should have more options for return rides. The après-ski lounge was often crowded and could benefit from expansion.

One specific memory that stands out is when my grandmother, who is disabled, was treated with such kindness and assistance throughout our stay. It was truly heartwarming to see the staff go above and beyond to ensure her happiness and comfort. The shuttles to and from Snowmass were also a great convenience, with drivers who had wonderful attitudes. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and free local limo service. The Spa & wellness Centre was a highlight, with its relaxing sauna and top-notch massage therapists. The swimming pool with its stunning outdoor views and Jacuzzi made us feel completely pampered. And of course, the delicious food served in the restaurant and the packed lunches offered were simply divine.

Nonetheless, we did experience some minor noise disturbances during our stay, which kept us awake throughout the night. The room was equipped with an electric fireplace which was posh, but it unexpectedly malfunctioned and made a loud noise in the middle of the night that made it hard to sleep.

The ski-in ski-out experience was the easiest ever, with helpful ski concierges and a gondola entrance just 15 meters away. The hotel's location in town was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The spacious and updated rooms were a delight, and the numerous on-site restaurants and bars were a bonus. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even accommodating guests' pets with a "cat condo" in their rooms.
