I recently stayed at The Little Nell for five days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The room was well-appointed with comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and an abundance of towels. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beautiful hiking trails. Plus, the ski-in ski-out convenience was unparalleled, thanks to the helpful ski concierges and proximity to the gondola. The Little Nell is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, providing excellent service, delightful food, and a competent and helpful staff.

Shuttle service to popular Snowmass should have more options for return rides. the après-ski lounge was often crowded and could benefit from expansion.

One specific memory that stands out is when my grandmother, who is disabled, was treated with such kindness and assistance throughout our stay. It was truly heartwarming to see the staff go above and beyond to ensure her happiness and comfort. The shuttles to and from Snowmass were also a great convenience, with drivers who had wonderful attitudes. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

And of course, the delicious food served in the restaurant and the packed lunches offered were simply divine.

the room was equipped with an electric fireplace which was posh, but it unexpectedly malfunctioned and made a loud noise in the middle of the night that made it hard to sleep.
