The rooms were sparkling clean and equipped with a kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare simple meals and snacks easily during our stay.

The elevator noise was bothersome. the loud ping every time we used it really detracted from the overall relaxation vibe.

The front desk chommies were super friendly, made me feel right at home. Room was clean and had a nice little kitchenette for brekkie. The location is fab, close enough to the beach and lekker shops!

One little thing, the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but overall no stress!

I was really frustrated with the payment system. it took three attempts for them to finally process my credit card. The noise levels from other rooms were unbearable, especially at night when I just wanted to relax. The lack of breakfast options on-site was disappointing, with our teenager left searching for food elsewhere.

The location is ideal with charming restaurants nearby and close to stunning beaches. The staff are welcoming and helpful, making the stay exceptionally pleasant.

Unfortunately, the uncomfortable pillows and mattress left me restless, which took away from my enjoyment. The noise from neighboring rooms was a constant distraction.

also, the laundry room closes at 9pm, which woudl ve been helpful to know in advance. oddly enough, no one offered me a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience. utterly disappointing! i thought i would be impressed, but here we are.
